Merge two kubeconfig files into a new file

kcm merge <a> <b> <out> [flags]

Options

      --dry-run              Print the planned change without writing
      --force                Overwrite the destination if it exists
  -h, --help                 help for merge
      --on-conflict string   error | skip | overwrite (default "error")
